Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation
West Side House of Worcester is a state-of-the-art 60-bed, Medicare-certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Our dedicated multi-disciplinary team provides short-term rehabilitation and subacute care.
Brain Injury Program
Our Interdisciplinary Team is there for you. Whether due to an accident, sports injury, stroke, tumor or one of countless other causes, chances are you, or someone you know has been affected by a brain injury. West Side House is here to help families and caregivers find solutions, resources and support.
Respite Care
Respite care allows caregivers a much-needed break from the physical and mental demands of being a caregiver. Our staff ensure that during the respite stay, your loved one receives quality care in a secure environment, providing you with comfort, relief, and time to recharge.
*Respite stay is subject to availability and requires a minimum stay.
Hospice Care
Our on-site hospice team works closely with the West Side House of Worcester staff to meet the specific end of life care needs of our residents and provide training and support for everyone involved.

Rehabilitation Services

At West Side House of Worcester, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality rehabilitation services to our residents, whether it’s short-term rehab or long-term care. Brain Injury Program
West Side House offers comprehensive services addressing neuro-behavioral complications and rehabilitation needs,
including specialized medical, nursing and rehabilitation care. Whether an individual is in need of short term, extended minimal, or extensive neuro-behavioral care or rehabilitation, we provide the services and are dedicated to making a difference. Our goal is to ensure each individual receives the care that best meets his or her unique challenges. Our person-centered approach provides support for individuals with brain injury, while family members are supported through education and training.
At West Side House, individualized service plans are developed, implemented and revised accordingly by our interdisciplinary treatment team of physicians, nurses, social workers, physical, speech, and occupational therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists along with input from the participant and family members or guardians. Our therapeutic recreation program utilized functional intervention, education and activity participation to enable individuals with physical, cognitive and emotional limitations to acquire and maintain skills, knowledge and behaviors that will allow them to enjoy their leisure time.
Hospice Care

West Side House of Worcester Continuum of Care
West Side House of Worcester was designed to meet the ever-changing needs of the aging process. Our Post-Acute Care Facility is available to recover from an injury or illness or when the time comes that additional care is needed.
